The Hauula Lanai (Balcony Suite) is a very large (1000+ sf living area) private 1 bedroom, 1 bath direct oceanfront suite that enjoys dramatic views of the entire Hauula Bay & Koolau Mountains from its expansive (500+sf) private oceanfront lanai “balcony.” The living area is richly decorated with warm tropical & plantation style furniture and enjoys wrap-around breath-taking ocean views. There is a queen size futon and plantation chair in the living room which is adjacent to the Kitchen & dining area featuring a teak dining table & seating for four. The Hauula Lanai has a complete kitchen with stove/range, microwave, fridge, and all the cooking utensils you need to prepare a complete meal. The bedroom has great ocean, mountain, & garden views and features a teak & bamboo King size bedroom set. The large bedroom has a sitting area with an additional queen size sleeper sofa. All areas of the home have ceiling fans, however they are rarely necessary as this home enjoys wonderful tropical breezes year around. The spacious and airy Hauula Lanai is by far our most private and the perfect place to relax "Hawaiian Style."

Enjoy relaxing in the hammock on your own private & expansive oceanfront lanai overlooking the Pacific Ocean, Hauula Bay & Koolau Mountains. Your private lanai also has an outdoor dining table with seating for six. There is plenty of area for sunbathing on the beach or on the grassy yard. Relax in a beach-side hammock or watch spectacular sunrises over Molokai while soaking in a six man hot tub just steps away. Stroll down the beach to the Hauula beach park and coral preserve for some great snorkeling and swimming or take our ocean kayaks out for some adventure. Close by are world famous North Shore attractions such as the Hauula hiking trails & preserve, Polynesian Cultural Center, Turtle Bay Resort & Golf, Brigham Young University, Sunset Beach, Waimea Bay, Kualoa Ranch and the last unspoiled "Hawaiian" style towns on Oahu. Come enjoy your Hawaii vacation directly on the beach with this North Shore oceanfront vacation home.

To hold your reservation all we need is a $200.00 refundable security deposit & the rent is due one month prior to check-in. To finalize reservations guests must complete a Rental Agreement and mail/fax it back to us. Within 24 hours of booking a reservation rental agreements will be e-mailed out to our guests along with a detailed invoice itemizing all charges, taxes, etc.

We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express & Discover, simply send us an email with the information or phone it in anytime at 808.383.8124, don't worry about calling after hours, if it is too late the voice mail will answer.

There is a one time cleaning charge of $50.00. Our vacation rentals are provided professionally cleaned with fresh towels, bed linen, etc. There is no daily and/or additional cleaning services unless requested. If daily and/or additional cleaning services are requested the charge is $35.00 per cleaning. Otherwise a broom, vacuum, etc. are provided for guests who wish to clean up a little during their stay. A coin-op washer and dryer are also provided for your use. Our philosophy is that we want our guests to feel completely at home, so we do not interrupt your stay, we want you to have full reign of the vacation retreat you are in. We will be around, however, to perform routine maintenance/landscaping and to check-in or check-out other guests.
